Is all your stock authentic?

At Orlow & Co, we are committed to offering only 100% authentic designer clothing. Every item we sell is brand new with tags and sourced directly from trusted, authorised suppliers in Europe. Each piece undergoes a rigorous authenticity check before reaching you, giving complete peace of mind with every purchase.


if you ever wish, you can take any item to a boutique or specialist for independent verification, our authenticity guarantee stands firm.

Why are your prices under RRP?

At Orlow & Co, “Bringing Outlets Back” is more than a tagline, it’s our mission. We source authentic past-season designer collections directly from trusted European suppliers, allowing us to deliver the same luxury brands found in boutiques, but always below retail price. Occasionally, we also secure current-season items, still at outlet value.

How long will it take to receive my order?

At Orlow & Co, we ship quickly to make sure you get your pieces without delay.

  • UK Orders – Place your order before 4pm GMT and you’ll receive it on the next business day.
  • International Orders – Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

All orders are fully tracked, and you’ll receive shipping updates straight to your email once your parcel is on the way.

Is all your stock new?

Absolutely, every item in our inventory is brand new with tags, no item leaves our warehouse worn or without tags!

Returns and refunds

Can i Return my order?

Yes, at Orlow & Co we offer a 14-day return window. If for any reason you change your mind, you can send your order back as long as it’s in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Once we receive and check the item, we’ll process your refund swiftly.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please check your return tracking for delivery confirmation. Once confirmed, it may take up to 1-4 working days for processing after we receive your returned item.

Ordering

Can i cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it. However, due to payment processing charges, a cancellation fee will apply to cover our costs, as outlined below:

  • SHOPPAY/Credit/Debit/Apple Pay: 5%

This fee is necessary to offset the costs incurred during the payment process.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.
